Omega was established in 2017 as a privately held company chartered in the state of Illinois.
Personnel
Omega maintains a multi-disciplined workforce that are cross-trained in equipment operation, burning techniques, and material handling, thereby providing a wider base of qualified employees better able to fulfill our customers’ needs. Omega’s management team has a combined total of over 100 years in the demolition industry. Our hands-on management style allows for comprehensive decision-making and creativity in problem solving so projects proceed safely and efficiently.
Omega’s staff is highly experienced and oversees the estimating, planning, management, environmental, and safety segments of each project. Omega’s field personnel are skilled union members and receive extensive training. In addition, Omega places a high priority on continuing education for all of its team members.
Insurance/Bonding
Each bonding company underwriting Omega’s bonds hold Best ratings of A+ and financial size category=XV. Omega’s aggregate bonding capacity can be available upon request. Omega has never filed for a claim against a bond Omega provided to a client.
Project Experience
Omega has a proven track record of completing the most difficult projects on time and without incident. As a result of our experience, we anticipate project challenges and develop solutions that meet our clients’ objectives. Upon request, we can provide an extensive list of major completed projects with a customer reference for each.

Omega is committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees and our customers.
Omega works in strict accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
Omega’s commitment to safety is unwavering. This commitment extends to the entire company and is every employee’s responsibility. Omega has developed, in conjunction with our professional safety consultants a comprehensive safety manual, which outlines policies and procedures to provide a safe working environment for our employees and customers. These policies are continually being reviewed and updated in accordance with changing state and OSHA standards.
Mobile Equipment Fleet
To accomplish our demolition and de-construction services safely and efficiently, Omega utilizes OSHA trained personnel as well as an extensive fleet of equipment including cranes, hydraulic excavators, dozers, concrete crushing plants/conveyors, front end loaders, skid steers, roll-off trucks, semi-tractors, and trailers.
Our specialized attachments include hydraulic and mechanical shears, concrete processors, hydraulic hammers, grapples and buckets. In addition, Omega maintains a large inventory of support equipment which includes decon’s, welders, power and hand tools, temporary lighting systems, pumps, service vehicles, safety signage, personnel protective equipment, temporary on-site office space, temporary lunch and break rooms, temporary toilet and hand washing stations.
Omega’s equipment is maintained and supported by our trained, in-house maintenance team. All Omega field personnel are equipped with cellular phones.
