Kim Caccamise serves as Omega’s Payroll Specialist, where she manages payroll processing, certified payroll, and all union reporting with accuracy, consistency, and a high level of professionalism. With an extensive background in accounting and project financials, Kim brings strong technical expertise and a steady, reliable presence to Omega’s administrative team. Her experience includes decades of work in accounts payable, receivables, project accounting, and union payroll for major construction and engineering companies, giving her a deep understanding of the financial requirements that support field operations.

Kim was drawn to Omega by the opportunity to take on a full-time role where she could continue learning and mastering new responsibilities. She enjoys the friendly, comfortable environment of the office and her strong attention to detail has made her a go-to resource for colleagues across departments.

Outside of work, Kim loves spending time with her large and close-knit family. One fun fact that surprises most people—she has 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She enjoys bowling, planning visits to see family in Phoenix, and relaxing with her favorite TV show, Mom.
