Full Charge Bookkeeper

Experience Required:  3-5 years in Construction/Demolition, 5 years in Accounting

Overview:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing our accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage all bookkeeping activities, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee cash flow reporting and maintain financial records.
• Handle progress billing, charge orders, and billing disputes.
• Ensure compliance with union, legal, and regulatory requirements in payroll processing.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and produce internatl financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Foundation software, and other relevant accounting software.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience, ideally in the construction/demolition industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
