Demolition of the Lido Motel Video

The infamous Lido Motel in unincorporated Leyden Township, long a blight and hub for criminal activity, has been demolished by Omega. This marks a significant step in addressing past enforcement issues and revitalizing the area.

Part of a broader redevelopment plan for Mannheim Road in Rosemont, this project aims to transform old industrial and commercial sites into new developments, potentially including hotels and parking to support Allstate Arena and O’Hare Airport.
