Dan Dunlap is one of Omega’s experienced Estimators, he brings over 30 years of expertise in environmental and demolition project management across the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and various commercial and educational sectors.
Throughout his career, Dan has led large-scale restoration, abatement, and demolition projects, holding multiple industry certifications including Project Designer, Inspector, 40-Hour Hazardous Materials Manager, NIOSH 582, and Xactimate Levels 1–3. His extensive technical background and solutions-driven mindset make him a valuable part of Omega’s estimating team.
Dan appreciates Omega’s strong equipment capabilities and “can-do” attitude, qualities that align closely with his own professional philosophy. He enjoys the constantly evolving nature of the demolition and construction industry and the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact projects.
Outside of work, Dan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing, golfing, and skiing. When he’s not on a job site or out in nature, he’s likely spending time with friends or planning his next trip to Cabo. His guiding motto — “Work smarter, not harder” — reflects the precision and pride he brings to every project.
