Michelle Biscovski is one of Omega’s valued team members, serving as our Accounts Receivable Specialist. With a strong background in accounting and office management, she has more than a decade of experience in financial operations, payroll, and project billing. Her role focuses on managing billing and collections for Omega’s projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Michelle takes pride in contributing to the success of Omega’s projects and enjoys seeing the company’s equipment and crews in action, knowing that her work behind the scenes helps drive each job forward. She’s motivated by the idea that every demolition project creates space for new growth and opportunity within the communities Omega serves.

Always eager to learn, Michelle is currently expanding her expertise in Foundation Software to streamline workflows and improve reporting processes. Her favorite motto—“You can’t knock a girl off a pedestal she built herself.”—reflects her self-driven approach to both her work and her life.

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and visiting family in Poland. She’s also a creative at heart who loves crafting and DIY projects, and she never turns down fresh strawberries.
